Starbucks and New York City Transit remind me (and I hope you) that it’s always nice to say “thank you” every once in a while.
Too many social media silos?
I’m wondering if we really take the chance to talk to each other or just find new ways to hide out in the silos. A good question to think about (and think of answers for) as we begin to see this revised form of online communication take hold.
